What Goes Into Panang Curry?
Protein: Add 1/2-1 cup: sliced or chopped, cooked chicken, shrimp, steak, pork or tofu.
Vegetables: add 1 - 1 1/2 cup of any of the following: chopped onions, chickpeas, red potatoes, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, carrots.
Cook them all in the sauce for 8-10 minutes or until soft.
