Green Curry
ShopProtein:Â Â Add 1/2 -1 cup of sliced or chopped, cooked chicken, pork, shrimp or tofu.
Vegetables:Â Â Add 1 cup of chopped onions, , chickpeas, red potatoes, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, green or red bell peppers
Cook them all in the sauce for 8-10 minutes or until soft.

Yellow Curry

Vegetables:Â add 1 - 1 1/2 cup of any of the following: Â chopped onions, chickpeas, red potatoes, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, green or red bell peppers
Cook them all in the sauce for 8-10 minutes or until soft.
